Year 5 On the Shores of Belfast Lough

On Tuesday 12^th September both P5 classes visited Hazelbank beach to explore rockpools as part of their World Around Us topic. We  were fortunate to find lots of sea creatures including crabs, starfish, eels, shrimps and anemones. Apart from a few wet wellies and sandy toes it was a wonderful trip and the children were actively involved in their learning.
